Shipments Orders are shipped the same day your order is received during normal business hours via regular FedEx/UPS in the Continental USA. For AK or HI all shipments are sent FedEx Economy or UPS Blue. All shipments to PR are shipped FedEx Economy. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen cost increases, although we will do everything possible to hold prices as printed in catalog.

Returns No return shipments will be accepted without prior authorization from Ekgcharts.com To receive authorization, contact Ekgcharts.com customer service with the following information: - Product and Quantity Being Returned
- Reason for Return
- Invoice No. and Date
- Your Purchase Order Number
When a return is authorized, Ekgcharts.com will issue a return materials authorization, (RMA) number. This number must appear on the outside of all returned shipments.
Claims for return must be made within 30 days of invoice date
All returns must be shipped to Ekgcharts.com freight Pre-Paid unless otherwise instructed
A 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed and no outbound freight charges will be credited on any return shipment due to customer error.
RMA numbers become void after 30 days
Any return received after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee regardless of the return being a result of the customer or Ekgcharts.com error.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days of invoice date
Expired or custom items may receive partial or no credit
No return will be authorized or accepted for special orders or custom products Warranty A 30 day warranty period applies to any consumable item. (consumable items include items which need to be replaced periodically due to wear and tear or single use items, for example; electrodes. Any defects must be reported to Ekgcharts.com within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive warranty replacement. |
